Des Moines Beer Week is a celebration of craft beer culture in the Des Moines metro. Craft beer and Des Moines are both near and dear to our hearts. When offered the opportunity in 2015 to take the lead on Des Moines Beer Week and grow it as an anticipated event into the future, it was a dream come true.
We developed a cohesive brand campaign for this city-wide event including a logo family, illustrations, brand standards and photography. We then implemented the campaign through a variety of promotional efforts, including the dsmbeerweek.beer website, social media, posters, buttons, t-shirts, an AfterEffects promo video as well as the Des Moines Beer Week collaboration beer growler and taphandle design.
818 not only created the branding and design, but was also involved with organizing, fundraising, planning and executing this event. Cheers!
